How can I get samples if needed? All of our products are available in one of two ways. The product is available to purchase in single units, or if it is not available in a single unit a pop up will appear on the page to order a sample.These samples are free of charge.
Can I buy less than case quantities on all products? A large percentage of our products are available in open case quantities. There are still products like clear poly bags that are typically used for industrial use and are sold in the case qty or candy bags that are sold in pack of 100.
Do you have a catalogue? Being an e commerce business we strive to keep our website current and up to the minute with our product assortment. This is an "digital" rather than in-print view of our product and allows us the flexibility to change quickly.
If I need a special colour, sIze, or print of an existing in stock product can you get it for me? Yes, we will go to all extents to find a packaging solution for your specific needs
If I find a product on line or at another suppliers and you do not carry it, will you consider stocking it? Yes, we are always open to new and exciting products. Chances are if you want it so does someone else.
Is it possible to customize or personalize product that you stock on your site? Yes, please call our offices and we will personally help you with a customized solution.
If I want a large quantity of an item, is there a better price than the one posted on line? Please contact our office to have your request reviewed.
What is the benefit to register as a customer? Creating an account allows you to see your past orders, easily request an RMA for a product return/exchange and quickly create a reorder/replenishment
Can I see my previous orders or items I have ordered in the past? Absolutely. Simply login to your account, click on the My Orders section and click on the order you want to view.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information on the site? Yes, we use a third party credit card processor – Optimal Payments. They are a PCI compliant credit card processor that encrypts all personal information when sending it over the web.
Do you save my credit card number in your accounting system? No we do not have access to your credit card information. It is not stored in our system and you will be required to give it to us if you call in and /or require any manual changes to your order.
Can I use a purchase order number when purchasing on your site? If you require a specific purchase order number to appear on your invoice, please reply to the order confirmation email with that information and we will ensure it gets on your order.
Can I have separate Ship to address’ when I am billing one location (i.e. a head office)? Yes, just enter the different Ship To Address(es) when you checkout.
Do you ship to the United States? Our current market is the Canadian Market. We will expand our site to the US in the future. Please call our offices if you have immediate needs for product and are in the US . We will do our best to help you.
Do you ship to other countries internationally? If you require product to be shipped to other countries please call our offices with your carrier information and we will do our best to co-ordinate the order with your carrier of choice.
How are the shipping rates calculated? Shipping rates are direct rates from Canada Post and UPS. These rates are based on the weight and size dimension of the product. Please note that dimensional weight will occur on product that is large and bulky.
Do I have the option to pick up my order with a carrier of my choice? Yes you can choose Pick Up at check out. Please ensure you give the full address to your courier including Unit 14. Please wait until you are called and informed that your order is ready before dispatching a courier.
Do you do Blind Shipments? Yes, we will ship product to your customer on a blind packing slip or your own. Please indicate separate "Ship To" address at check out. On the second line of the "ship to address" include the words BLIND SHIP.We can also accommodate using your packing slip and or invoice. Please call our office to make arrangements and to co-ordinate any special instructions.
Can I have my product mailed via regular post? We use Canada Post Parcel service so there is tracking information when an order leaves our warehouse. This allows you to know where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.
When will my order be shipped? We make every effort to get all orders that are placed before 2:00 pm (and the goods are stock items) picked and shipped, ready to leave our dock the same day.
When will my special order product get shipped? Our special order products all have different lead times to arrive to our warehouse. Our goal is to get your products to you by the date you required them as long as we can accommodate the turn around. We will contact you once your order is received by us if we cannot make your deadline and will offer up an alternative product that may work instead.
How will I know my order is shipped? You will receive an email from our shipping department that your order is shipped with the tracking numbers attached.
How will I know if my order is complete? If you check off “send order complete” we will not ship your order until all products are available. If you choose “Ship In stock items and back order the balance” , we will do just that, and you will receive additional shipping advisements via email that lets you know when the balance of your items have been shipped.
Will you back order any products that are out of stock? Yes, simply add the product to your cart when you checkout, indicate whether you would like a full or partial shipment and enter your requested delivery date. If choosing full shipment, you will receive an email stating which products are back ordered and the approximate ship date. If choosing partial shipment, you will immediately receive all in-stock products and will also receive an email notification showing which products are back ordered and their approximate ETA in our warehouse. When those products arrive in our warehouse, you will receive another notification once they ship out.
How do I cancel a Back Order ? Yes, when you recieve the notification of a back order, please call our office to cancel it if you do not want to wait for the product.
Can I get a Rush order or Super Rush Order? Yes, please contact our office to co-ordinate this to ensure there is nothing left to error.
How do I get a tracking number so I can track my order? Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. You may also login to your account to access tracking number(s) for your order.
What should I do if my packages arrive at my door in damaged shape? Always sign for the order as " damaged" when a signature is required. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full information
What do I do if there is an error on product in my order? Please call our office as soon as you have realized the error and we will do our best to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full information

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard & AmEx. More payment methods may be added in future.
How do I get a new password? Visit the account login page and click the Request New Password link. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. For security reasons, we do not send new passwords through regular email.
